Amy Shaffer began her professional career as a State certified workers' compensation specialist. After seven years in that field, Amy decided to dedicate herself to raising her children and for the next 12 years was a stay-at-home mother raising four active children and supporting her husband in his career as an insurance executive. In 2010 Amy re-joined the work force working part time as a bookkeeper performing AP, AR and Payroll duties for a small, multi-location retail bookstore. Amy worked in that role for 7 years. Amy has been with Tidwell and Associates for 2 years. Amy’s primary responsibilities are processing new account paperwork and maintaining existing investment client files.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with family, travel, doing puzzles, reading, and being outdoors.
