Michelle Fluckiger decided early on she wanted to be a stay-at-home mom and was happily busy raising her 4 children with her husband while being heavily involved in doing various volunteering activities at their schools, within her church and community. In 1999 she opened a bookstore with her father and managed that store for 12 years until the business was sold. Michelle continued managing in the retail world at a local jewelry store where she continued to focus on customer service. She was invited to join the Tidwell & Associates team in 2017 where she was able to bring her lifelong experience of leadership, process management, customers service and organizational procedure to help create a positive environment for the clients and employees of Tidwell & Associates. She puts the client at the center of what she does by understanding their needs and making sure each step of their experience with Tidwell & Associates is successful and positive. Her primary responsibilities are all aspects of client service, office management and assistance with marketing and outreach.
